Leonard A. Jastroch is a 1972 Marquette University Law School graduate. He opened his Waukesha law practice in February of 1973. In January of 1978, Gerald L. LaBarge, a 1974 Marquette Law School graduate, joined Len’s successful solo practice, and the firm of Jastroch & LaBarge was created. Jastroch & LaBarge, S.C. was organized as a Service Corporation in May, 1981. As a Service Corporation, the firm is owned and operated by its’ shareholders. The firm has been located at its present location across from the Waukesha County Courthouse in the Freedom Square Building since 1980.

As the firm’s reputation grew, so did the number of clients that we serve and the variety of our practice. Today, our attorneys provide legal services in areas including Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Consumer Protection (specifically Lemon Law), Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts), Probate, Real Estate & Property, Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, Social Security Disability, Civil and Business Litigation.
